Just received our new "sexy leg" dining set (42x70 Maple table, expandable with 4 extra leaves to seat up to 12 people, Boston color finish, 6 upholstered chairs, twist leg design on the table and chairs) and already absolutely in love with it! The owners were incredibly patient with me and my husband as we were originally very indecisive with the style, wood, color, design, etc. They gave great recommendations given our space and personal asthetic, and listened to our requests to make a few custom changes to combine aspects we liked from different styles. Delivery and setup was easy to our Manhattan apartment. Looking forward to hosting meals with our family and friends and showing off our new table!

Purchased a beautiful dining room set 5 years ago. They were extremely helpful with the design, color choices, delivery and set-up. It was an all around excellent experience. In December 2019, we were moving the table from the dining room to the family room for Christmas dinner. We accidentally laid the table on it's side, and unfortunately snapped the wooden legs. I called the store, spoke to Paul the owner and he communicated we need to bring the legs to the store and they would fix them for free. They needed to match the stain and rebuild the legs. They loaned us 2 legs so we could use the table for Christmas dinner and kept us well informed of the legs getting replaced. Today we picked up the legs and they were just as nice as they were 5 years ago, in December when we broke the legs and throughout the process. This is a family owned business and is run with great pride. Thank you, thank you and thank you for everything!!! They have beautiful for every room and are extremely passionate about their selection and customer service.

THE SHOWROOMS HAVE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE THAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED. THE FURNITURE IS SO BEAUTIFULLY HANDCRAFTED AND WELL BUILT THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY YOU ARE TRULY GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR WHICH IS PRIORITY ONE FOR US~MONEY WELL SPENT. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR DELIVERY, WE HAD AN ILLNESS IN THE FAMILY AND HAD TO POSTPONE SEVERAL TIMES. IT HAD BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase from Shore Casual Dinettes. From the first time we set foot in the store we had a wonderful experience. We were looking for a slightly more elegant and formal look and never even realized with all of the custom options that they have that we could get exactly what we were looking for. If what you are looking for is not on the floor it doesn't mean it can't be done here! After customizing the look that we wanted and even getting to use our own fabric on the chairs, we placed our order. We were told a time period by the owner of approximately when the set would arrive. I believe our set may have arrived a week before scheduled. The guys came to deliver and they were great. They were very polite, courteous, helpful and very careful and clean while assembling our table. We are extremely happy with our set. It was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The quality was excellent! We did have a slight issue because we needed the bottom rail extended to fit our chairs under the table in a certain way since we only ordered 4 regular side chairs instead of 6. Again, the owner was wonderful. He apologized profusely and then bent over backwards to get the job done fast and we had our new bottom rail within 2 weeks or less. We were still able to use the rail that came with it until the new one came so we lost no time with our new table. Through that time the owner kept in touch with me giving me updates. When they did come to replace the bottom rail the guys were again extremely careful and made sure that everything was just perfect including the placement of the table under the chandelier! They took time to make sure it was just right. This was a stress free purchase with a wonderful company and we would highly recommend them. We plan to go back to purchase bar stools next. My brother and sister in law purchased their table from this store and were very happy with their purchase also!

Just got our Amish built table and are extremely satisfied. Took a couple of trips to Shore casuals showroom to make up our minds but the owner was very patient and extremely helpful. Gave us a realistic date for our table and chairs arrival and was spot on. Delivery men were very I would definitely recommend doing business here.
